GRAMATIKOVA HOUSE
Gramatikova House has a native Strandzha style typical of the area. It has two floors and amazing yard with all the necessary equipment for barbecue and can accommodate up to 15 persons.
On the firs floor is located one big living room with fully equipped kitchen, TV, dining table and sofas with capacity for up to 15 persons. On the second floor are located 5 individual bedrooms with different combinations of beds. All bedrooms are equipped with individual wardrobes and bathrooms. The house is equipped with central heating system and solar panels. The yard is simply stunning and it has parking place for up to 3 cars.
HEAVY DUTY BARBECUE
Gramatikova House is equipped with heavy duty barbecue and dining tables for up to 15 persons.
AMAZING YARD
The yard is simply amazing and it is maintained in its original condition during the spring, summer and autumn seasons.
THE VIEW
Gramatikova House is placed at small hill in the end of the Brashlyan village and this allows for incredible view to small valley and hills front of the House.
THE ROOMS
The rooms are very bright and spacious with incredible view to the mountain hills.
